Algebra rules for manipulating inequalities are listed below.

 

Transitive Property of Inequalities

If a < b and b < c , then a < c.
If a≤b and b≤c , then a≤c.
If a > b and b > c , then a > c.
If a≥b and b≥c , then a≥c.
